Can I ship my order to multiple locations?

When placing an order, you may select only one shipping address for your order.

 

What shipping methods are available?

Entertainment® Book shipping methods are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 10-14 Business Days (Beginning-to-end destination tracking is not available)
Express Shipping: 5-7 Business Days
Rush Shipping: 3-5 Business Days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

Express and Rush Shipping available in USA only.
Overnight shipping available in the contiguous USA only.
Overnight orders placed by 11:00 AM EST, Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. Overnight orders after 11:00 AM EST or on the weekend will be shipped the next business day. We do not currently ship overnight or rush to P.O. boxes. No weekend deliveries.

Note:
Books being shipped via standard shipping to Alaska or Canada may take up to 12 to 17 business days to arrive. Shipping to Hawaii may take up to 20 to 30 business days to arrive. We do not ship to Puerto Rico.

 

Do you ship to international addresses?

We ship to the USA and Canada only.  We do not ship to Puerto Rico.

 

Can my order ship to a P.O. Box or military base?

Yes.  We ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases using our standard shipping option.  Shipping methods for express, rush & overnight methods are not available.  Our standard shipping method uses the United States Postal Service (USPS) and they deliver packages to P.O. Boxes and military bases.

 

May I use a gift card to pay for my order?

Gift cards are not accepted.  We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  All transactions are in US Dollars (USD).

 

What payment methods are accepted when I place my order?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Gift cards are not accepted.  Check and money orders are not accepted.  All transactions are in US Dollars (USD).

 

When will my credit card be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.  Your digital membership is available immediately!  Access great savings through the Entertainment® Coupon mobile app or on Entertainment.com.

 

When I enter a promo code for my order, is it case sensitive?

When entering promo codes during check out, they are not case sensitive.

 

I didn't enter a promo code when I placed my order.  How do I get a price adjustment now?

All purchases of Entertainment® products are final once your order has been placed.  We are unable to adjust the price for discounted promotion codes that were not applied at the time the order was placed.

 

Is gift messaging available when I place my order?

Entertainment® Books make great gifts!  However, we are unable to include gift messaging when you place a gift order.
